Edwards County:  A Proud Community Connected by Heritage & Highways

Edwards County is home to four cities and approximately 2,800 residents, who proudly uphold the rich traditions and milestones established by generations past. Our location features three highways, providing seamless connections to the north, south, east, and west regions of the U.S.

The largest city and county seat, Kinsley, has over 1,350 residents. Lewis, situated in the eastern part of the county, follows with around 420 residents. Further east is Belpre, home to fewer than 200 people, while Offerle, on the western side of the county, has over 100 residents.
